Holiday flat Klauber

The recently refurbished holiday flat offers 45 square metres of living space and is situated on the ground floor. The flat is fully equipped for self-catering and provides a bedroom including king size bed, bathroom, kitchen (including a sofa), anteroom, toilet, storage room – all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Nearby you will find a bakery, a hostelry, a pizzeria and a supermarket so all you need for a pleasant self-catering and cosy stay.

The holiday flat is located in Schöder a rural community submontane the Sölkpass in the middle of the mountains, 800 metre above sea level. Schöder is the ideal starting point for hikes during summer season as well as in winter.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully furnished to meet every need for an ideal self-catering and provides a dining table plus a sofa.

On-site the most important kitchenware like cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge including a small freezer, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker are available. Further you can use sufficient cooking utensils like plates, glasses, cutlery and pots.

Perfect conditions to prepare your own breakfast, dinner or supper.

Bedroom

The bedroom is nicely done up and furnished with a king-size bed, bed side lockers a work table incl. chair.

An additional dresser and a hallstand provide enough space for clothes.

The wall-mounted slewing flat screen provides satellite TV an offers a wide range of channels.

Bathroom

The bathroom is furnished with a shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror cabinet, shaving mirror and a washing machine.

The boiler provides has a capacity of 100 litres and provides sufficient water for 3 people and it prepares hot water round the clock.

A floor heating makes sure that the bath room is always tempered with comforting warmth.

Toilet

A separated toilet provides plenty of elbow-room for every individual.

The artificial ventilation switches on automatically when the light is turned on and stops automatically. Toilet tissues are stored in the storage room.

Please notice that the toilet is only cleaned by a charlady after your departure – not on a daily basis.

Anteroom

An anteroom situated in the middle of kitchen, bathroom and bed room is furnished with a large closet that offers plenty of space for clothes, baggage and suitcases.

At the sideboard vis-á-vis the closet the WLAN router is placed. In addition you find a booklet that contains the most important information about the holiday flat and Schöder.

Further a stand-up display with multilingual flyers provides information to you about the most popular points of interest, hikes and information about the region.

Gaderobe

At the entrance a gaderobe for jackets, coats, shoes or hiking boots is mounted.

Next to the gaderobe the fuse box is located – in case a short occurs or the earth leakage trip is disabled after a thunderstorm.

Balkony

Facing south the balcony is accessible via the kitchen or from the garden.

On the balcony a table with chairs is available. Enjoy your breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening at the balcony.

Please notice that it is a non-smoker flat so we appeal to you to smoke only outdoor on the balcony!

Carport

In front of the apartment house the holiday flat Klauber provides parking space for one car or two motorcycles.

The parking space is marked and we provide additional details to you before your arrival.

Compartment

Behind the apartment house a wooden hut including a compartment that belongs to the holiday flat can be used to store your skies, snowboards, sleighs or bicycles.

The key for the compartment is fixed at the bunch of keys of the holiday flat.

Apartment house

The house was built in the 1980’s and is privately owned by nine parties.

Thanks to its favourable position in the centre of Schöder most points of interest can be reached by foot very quickly.

The main entrance is illuminated and permanently closed and can be opened with the door flat key.

Waste disposal

A dustbin for residual waste and a yellow dustbin for plastic waste are located at the left hand side next to the main entrance.

Paper, glass and metal can be disposed a few steps away from the apartment house.

Key-safe

Thanks to the key-safe a simple handover of keys is possible round the clock that simplifies your arrival and departure. A seven digit code is transmitted to our guests at the day before arrival including additional information for the handling of the key-safe. During your stay the code remains valid.

WLAN and satellite TV

The holiday flat provides solid broadband internet with a download capacity up to 30 MBit. Login credentials are changed continuously after departure.

In the bed room a LED flat screen with direct broadcasting by satellite is mounted. In case you need to be approachable for your business or you just want to stream a blockbuster – feel free to do so!

he holiday flat is equipped with an environmentally sustainable infrared heating and the panels are preset and can be regulated online. Next to the gaderobe the control unit is mounted. The floor heating in the bath room is preset too and switches on/off automatically.

The room thermostats in the different rooms have no effect on the heating panels or room temperature.
