Our web site provides the opportunity to approach us via contact form / enquirie. If you utilise this contact form / enquiry your data will be transferred to us. Hence the following data is collected:

- Date and time of enquiry and IP-adress

We use this data to process your request and to answer your enquiry, as well as to provide information and advertising material to you if you have requested it. The data processing serves our legitimate interest to offer you a convenient way to contact us or as a pre-contractual measure if you have requested it.

4. Privacy and SSL encryption

All information that you transmit to us is stored on servers within the European Union. We protect our website and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised individuals. These will be customised according state of the art. In particular, we transfer your personal data in encrypted form. Therefore we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system.
The web site was verified by Let’s Encrypt and therefore it may occur that you will have to accept the certificate in your browser when entering our web site for the first time.

7. Linking to other web sites via graphic/picture or hyperlink

We link our web site to other web sites and social networks too. The integration takes place via a linked graphic or a text link/hyperlink of the external web site. The use of a linked graphic prevents a connection to another external server of a social network that provides social media advertising from being connected / forwarded automatically to another web site to display a graphic of the particular network itself. The user is only forwarded to the respective web site by clicking on the corresponding graphic.

At the “arrival” site on the web site we use Google Maps (owned by Google Inc.) for the routeing. By using this application and after confirming the button “load map from” the map is loaded and your data is transmitted to Google. We would like to point out that when you visit the social media platform facebook the possibility that data from users will be processed and collected on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time with impacts at some future date. The current version is available on the web site. Please visit the web site regularly and catch up on the current Privacy version.

You can view your personal data at any time free of charge. Further you can request information about data origin, recipient or category of recipient to which these data is disclosed and the purpose of data storage.
On demand your data can be corrected, deleted or the processing can be limited.
